The annual membership dues for the period 1 January through 31 December are $20.00 and additional family members are $10.00 each. For retirees and students the dues are $10.00. Additional contributions will further the cause of the organization. Dues and contributions are not tax deductible.

Each member must sign the form after completion and reading the mission statement.
